GABRIELLA VIP Online Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions
		
		Changes Effective Date: 1 August 2025
		
		1. Eligibility & Enrollment
		
		• Membership begins upon completing a qualifying purchase at any GABRIELLA store or online at www.gabriella.co.nz. No separate sign-up is required.
		• Membership limited to one account per person; personal information must be accurate and up to date.
		
		2. Earning Points
		
		• Earn 1 point per NZD $1 spent on full‑priced goods online or in-store.
		• No points awarded for sale items, gift card purchases, or layby transactions.
		
		3. Redeeming Rewards• Redeem 1,800 points or NZD $1,800 in qualifying spend for a NZD $100 voucher.
		
		• Vouchers cannot be used on the day they are issued.
		• Only one voucher per purchase; must be redeemed in full on a minimum spend of NZD $100.
		• Not valid toward laybys, gift cards, or with certain promotions.
		
		4. Voucher Terms & Expiration
		
		• Voucher valid for 12 months from issue date; non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
		• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
		
		5. Returns & Points Adjustment
		
		• Points awarded for returned goods will be deducted from your account.
		• If a return causes your balance to drop below the redemption threshold, the voucher may be revoked.
		
		6. Program Changes & Termination
		
		• GABRIELLA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time.
		• Affected members will be notified via email or website notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms
		
		7. Privacy & Communication
		
		• We collect personal data (e.g. name, email, purchase history) to manage your account and provide personalised offers.
		• Participation implies consent to receive marketing communications (email, SMS or calls).
		• Data practices adhere to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including the NZ Privacy Act 2020.
		
		8. Liability & Issues
		
		• GABRIELLA is not liable for technical issues, service interruptions, or delays beyond our control.
		• Programme access is provided "as‑is"; participation is at your own risk. Misuse, fraud, or abuse may result in forfeiture of points or suspension from the Programme.
